old do my children need to be to
use KIDZ BIZZ? We accept children 15 months to 12 years of age. However, if your child is over 12 months of age old is able to walk unassited we will allow them to attend on a trial basis please do not hesitate to discuss this with or staff at 910-346-5551. What are your hours of operation? M-Thu 9am-6pm, Fri 9am - 10pm (movie nights), Sat noon - 10pm (movie night). Is there a time limit that my child can stay at KIDZ BIZZ? Yes, children may only stay with us for no longer than four hours. What do I need to do to drop off my child? You need to fill out our simple registration form. Registration packs are availble at our facility or online through our download site. Also, we need to have copies of your child’s shot records (registration is FREE!). Once registered what do I need to send with my child to drop them off? If your child is in diapers or pull-ups we ask that you send diapers/ pull-ups otherwise we have to charge you for the use of one of our diapers. Also, you must send your child’s sippy cup if your child still uses a sippy cup. Spare cloths incase of accidents or leaks. If your child comes to movie night we recommend you send a blankie with your child as children of all ages enjoy snuggling under a blanket to enjoy a movie. What is movie night? Friday and Saturday night we watch a movie and have popcorn and juice. We start clean-up at 8pm once that is complete we gather around our big screen tv, cut off the overhead lights and cut on a movie. We fix popcorn and juice and all enjoy a movie until 10pm. Tell me about the Staff please? Our staff are a proffesional loving employee's who choose this career for the love of children. We carefully select and screen employee's; once selected our employee's go through a training program here at KIDZ BIZZ that involves our own specifically designed classses plus, the completion of a childcare video series, check out our meet the staff page for more indepth info and bio's. How is our child's safety protected? Children are kept safe through the use of an excellent operating procedure. Adults are asked for picture ID's on pick-up, adults other than staff are not allowed into the activity areas unless authorized and accompanied by a KIDZ BIZZ staff memeber. The only entrance accesible from the outside is through the front door into the foyer area. The biggest safety measure is our professional and responsible staff members who maintain supervision over your children. What health and safety precautions are taken at KIDZ BIZZ? From our experience in the school system we have a few things we do in this area to maintain your child's health and safety. First there is always at least one staff member on site who is Infant & Child C.P.R and first aid qualified. Our hygiene precautions, start at the front door with hand sanitizer for children and staff. Any toys that come into contact with a child's mouth are removed from the actiivity area for sterlization. Each evening we spray down all equipment and toys with a mild bleach solution (as used by the school system), each morning lysol is used on high usage areas. Once a week everything is steam cleaned you will find we go above and beyond to stop the transmission of disease. We also ask that chidren do not atted if they are sick, have a temperature, etc. Parents will be asked to pick children up if they appear to have an illness. Where is KIDZ BIZZ located? KIDZ BIZZ is located at 316 Dolphin Dr, Jacksonville, NC 28546. We are located next to Dr. Schilsky's Chiropractic center on Western Blvd extension past Target on the left look for our sign next to the road.
